re-percussion

I snapped this one on August 17th, in downtown North Bay.

I had previously taken a photo of this storefront – from a different angle – back in April when I first bought my digital camera. The store owner had the same “Store Closing” signs in the window back then. It’s now the end of August – 4 months later – and I was just beginning to think that the signs weren’t for real, that maybe they were just a desperate attempt to attract customers. But, sadly, I walked by the drum store today and it was empty. The roof was empty as well. ‘No more drum kit.

I wonder what kind of business will move in there next…

small-car

A car I saw parked at the park-and-ride in North Bay. The interesting advert and the amazing mini-ness of this vehicle caught my eye.

I wasn’t able to find a Website for Veg Out so I can’t link to it. But I’ve learned that it’s located in Astorville, Ontario which is sort of a commuter community of North Bay.

A “Left Turning Lane” symbol on the pavement appears to be pointing at a unique destination: Sofa Communications, 531 Cassells Street, North Bay.
