I saw these geraniums hanging from the fire escape of a drab, gray, concrete apartment building in downtown North Bay. Quite a dramatic contrast! Luckily I had my camera handy.

Seagull On A Utility Pole no comments
A Black-and-white silhouette of a seagull perched atop a utility pole, a Hydro pole as we call them here in Ontario. Usually, I try like hell to keep the utility poles out of my shots. But sometimes there is some beauty to be found in them.
